A baby starts by crawling, then leans on things, tries to stand, falls, and tries again. This process can take anywhere from 9 to 18 months, but every attempt makes those little legs stronger. Before they walk on their own, babies go through several stages like crawling, pulling up to stand, and walking with support.

So, what does "baby steps" mean? It means taking small steps every day. And here’s the magic part: every single attempt is a success because it makes you stronger and wiser. Just like the baby’s legs get stronger with each try, your body gets stronger with every move you make towards fitness.

Im my early gay life I saw "Tom Of Finland" artwork everywhere. I often thought he only drew white men.. but I was surprised and delighted to see that he DID draw black men also!

Guess what? Aldis Hodge is a hottie! 😍 He was born on September 20, 1986, in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and he’s not just good-looking—he’s an amazing actor too!

You might remember him as Alec Hardison from the show Leverage. That show was super cool, and he was like the tech genius who always had the best plans!

He’s also been in some really awesome movies like Straight Outta Compton, where he played MC Ren, and Hidden Figures, where he was Levi Jackson. Oh, and he even played Hawkman in Black Adam with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson! I wish he stepped his "GluteGame" up for his Hawkman role.. like he did for his role in The Invisible Man" (2020)

Aldis started acting when he was just a little kid. He was on Sesame Street, which is super cute..

He’s done over 75 roles in his career—talk about busy! And guess what? He’s not just an actor; he’s also a talented artist and watch designer! He studied at the ArtCenter College of Design and has his own brand of luxury watches called A. Hodge Atelier.

Also, there’s this character named Alex Cross from James Patterson's books. He’s a really smart detective who solves crimes while trying to keep his family safe. It’s like a mix of brains and heart—just like Aldis!
