Hey there NubianNewYorkers!
You know how important it is to be able to understand and evaluate the information you see in the media, right? To be able to seperate fake news from real news? That's what media literacy is all about! It's the ability to think critically, absorb correct information, and make an informed impact as a citizen.
Luckily, there are some cool websites that can help you become more media literate. Snopes.com and AllSides.com are two of them. Snopes is a website that checks if the things you see in the media are true or not. AllSides, on the other hand, helps you understand the biases in media by showing you how different news outlets lean politically. They even have a chart that shows how biased different fact-checking websites are.
By using these websites, you can become better at figuring out what's true and what's not in the media. And that's a super important skill to have, especially these days!
Bless you, and as always... thank you for letting us be part of your day!
