I've been thinking a lot about something important - not the usual fitness or workout stuff I usually talk about, but something deeper. Something about what's happening INSIDE our minds.
I've been collecting stories and experiences from so many incredible people - in our Facebook group, from responses of our newsletters, and even from YouTube conversations. At first, the information was overwhelming (like trying to drink from a fire hose! 😂), but then I found this amazing website called NotebookLM.
My biggest hope is that something in this podcast makes you feel SEEN. Maybe it'll help you understand yourself a little better, or just make you go "Wow, I'm not alone in feeling this way."
